Privacy Policy

I am Tony Case. I publish Better Today Than Yesterday at newsletter.btty.ai. This is my personal letter and the home of the training waitlist. When this policy says "I" or "me," it means Tony Case.

The Terms of Service cover how the site, the letter, and text messages work. This policy covers the personal information behind them.

On the training waitlist form, I ask for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number
• Your consent to receive text messages about the training, if you choose to give it

On the weekly letter form, I ask for your email address, and sometimes your name. If you reply to an email, send a text, or write to me, I keep that message so I can answer you.

These forms do not ask for a payment card, a Social Security number, or a password.

I use this information to:

• Put you on the training waitlist and tell you when the series opens
• Send the weekly letter if you asked for it
• Send text messages about the training if you agreed to them
• Answer questions you send me
• Keep the site and the forms working

I do not sell your name, email, or phone number. I do not use your phone number for anything other than the text program you joined.

Text messages are optional. They start only if you enter your mobile number on the training waitlist form and agree to receive them. The program name is Better Today Than Yesterday training updates. I send occasional messages about the training series: when it opens, how to take part, and related updates from me.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email tony@btty.ai. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and you can read the free weekly letter without joining the text list.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The waitlist and newsletter forms are hosted for me through HighLevel at link.btty.ai. That service, and the email and text tools connected to it, process your name, email, and phone number so the form can work and so I can contact you. Website hosting and basic site operation may also see technical data such as a browser type or a page request. Those providers only get what they need to do that work.

I do not give your information to other companies so they can market their own products to you.

I keep waitlist and subscriber information while you are on the list, and for a short time after you leave so I can honor an unsubscribe or a STOP request. If you ask me to delete your information, I will delete it, except for a limited record I need to show that you opted out or to meet a legal duty.

You can do any of these at any time:

• Use the unsubscribe link in the weekly letter, or email tony@btty.ai, to leave the email list
• Reply STOP to stop training texts
• Email tony@btty.ai to ask what I have, to correct it, or to ask me to delete it

Better Today Than Yesterday is written for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted a form, email me and I will delete it.

I use ordinary care and reputable form tools, and I limit who can see the list. No method of storage or transmission is perfect. Use an email address and phone number you are comfortable sharing.

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how I use phone numbers or email for people already on a list, I will say so in a message to that list.
